The minor under 14 years of age who died after being run over by a vehicle when he was riding a bicycle on the GR-3401 road late this Tuesday, in Pinos Puente (Granada), would not have respected the priority of passage of a crossing, according to the first data that the Civil Guard is considering on this case in which there have been no arrests.

The tests carried out on the driver of the tourism have also ruled out that he could be driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, according to sources from the Armed Institute.

The accident occurred at 9:45 p.m. when a car ran over this cyclist at kilometer 7 of the GR-3401 highway, which connects the municipalities of Fuente Vaqueros and Valderrubio. Specifically, it was a frontal-lateral collision, according to the same sources.

After receiving the notice at 112, the 061 Health Emergency Center, the Traffic Civil Guard and the Pinos Puente Local Police were activated.
