The Regional Minister for Territory, Ester Capella, and the Mayor of Hospitalet de Llobregat, Núria Marín, signed an agreement on Tuesday for the construction of 179 affordable rental homes. Three promotions that will be carried out on lots ceded by the consistory.
There will be 21 flats on Calle de la Muntanya, which will be exclusively for young people, and 122 and 36 on Avenida Pau Casals. The agreement establishes that in later phases new works will be promoted until completing a total of 350 homes distributed in different parts of the city.
The planned investment is 20,570,000 euros and before the end of the year the tender will be called with the forecast that during the second quarter of 2025 the works can be tendered.
