Criticism is not always well received, especially when it affects us on a personal level. However, it is important to learn to fit them properly, especially in the professional field. Even so, some individuals choose to respond to negative reviews in the crudest way possible.
In this sense, the Twitter user @soycamarero has shared a series of reviews addressed to the owner of a restaurant. The most surprising of these criticisms are the responses of the owner of the premises, since he answers customers without any qualms.
One of the reviews notes that the owner is “unpleasant and rude. A pimp.” To which the owner replies: “If you don’t understand that it’s closed since it’s Sunday and we’re having a party with the neighbors… It’s your problem.” In the following review, the client exposes a series of complaints in relation to the establishment and its services. Consequently, the owner counterattacks with the following message: “You lie more than you talk. For everything else… Mastercard.”
As if that were not enough, in the last review, the user highlights: “The most unpleasant person I have met on the road, I hope I never have to go back.” Faced with this harsh criticism of his person, the restaurant owner answers bluntly: “Tie. I hope you never come back. For doing humanity a favor.”
Accustomed to formalism at work in the face of negative reviews, this owner’s responses have caught the attention of many Twitter users. In fact, the tweet already accumulates more than 58,000 visits. Most of these users consider the owner’s responses excessive. “He won’t need the money”, highlights @juezredd, implying that the only thing he achieves is losing customers.
