The life of animals is not always easy. Tosya was separated from his mother when he was only one month old. From that moment on, this monkey was caged and treated like a guinea pig, without enjoying the trees, nature and freedom that other macaques had.

His luck changed when he was rescued by an organization, which took him to a small zoo. There, he met a couple who welcomed him as one of the family.

Tosya not only found a home, but received extensive care that has helped her overcome various health problems. In a video shared by The Dodo, she looks like the monkey had to be treated with syringes and rest between blankets. Against all odds, she overcame all setbacks. And she began to enjoy her new family.

This macaque loves to play in the grass outside the farm. He swings on the patio swing, climbs trees, eats flowers, and has a great time with a dog.

He’s not averse to food either. He likes strawberries and dares with carrots, as can be seen in the video posted on Twitter.

In addition, he has quieter moments, in which he snuggles next to his owners and strokes their hair. An adaptation that many did not believe in as it is a monkey that has gone from living alone in a cage to enjoying a huge house with his new family.
