In Japan, spring arrives in style. Millions of cherry trees distributed throughout the country bloom between the end of March and the beginning of April, giving rise to the well-known “Sakura”, the moment in which fascinating pictures are drawn with the flowers of this tree as the protagonists. The parks of large cities acquire a shaved and white tone due to the petals of these trees.

This year, the State Meteorological Agency already announced that flowering would come a little earlier, as has been happening in recent years. They believe that the high temperatures recorded in large cities and certain areas of the territory would be sufficient reason for the explosion of flowers to appear earlier than expected.

During this time, it is very common for Japanese people to take advantage of any moment outside to take photos with this natural phenomenon that not only attracts the interest of locals, but is also a draw for international admiration. Some tourists even adapt their vacations to coincide with this flowering time.
