The head of the Court of Instruction number 2 of Orihuela, which is on guard duty, has today decreed the entry into provisional prison, communicated and without bail of the man arrested yesterday for allegedly killing his romantic partner in a home in an urbanization in the Orihuela coast.
The case is initially open for a crime of homicide, without prejudice to subsequent classification. There were no previous complaints between the couple. The judge has also agreed to recuse herself in favor of the Court of Violence against Women of Orihuela, which already had proceedings opened for these events and will continue with the investigation.
