The Cartographic and Geological Institute of Catalonia (ICGC) recorded last March an earthquake with similar characteristics, reaching a magnitude of 2.7 degrees and also in the Catalan region of Maresme (Barcelona), with an epicenter in the town of Arenys de Mar.
