The W hotel in Barcelona is once again the setting chosen for the Comer La Vanguardia Awards, which tonight will bring together renowned gastronomy professionals.
During the gala, which will be broadcast live at around 8:00 p.m., the winners of the different categories will be announced, which, following the letters of Comer, change annually and which this year correspond to the C for Science, the O for Origin, the M for Look, the E for Essence and the R, the only fixed category, which corresponds to the Familia Torres Award for Gastronomic Story.
There will also be special prizes that will be announced during the gala. The categories are sponsored by Torrons Vicens, Xocolates Torras, San Miguel, Vallformosa, Familia Torres, Vichy Catalan and Royal Bliss. And with the collaboration of DO Catalunya, Vermuts Miró, Balfegó and Ginraw.
