Alejandro Sanz has once again shown his most supportive side. This time the singer has made a great gesture by going to visit Belén Domínguez, a follower of his who was diagnosed last year with a spinal cord injury of a tumor nature due to which he has lost mobility and sensitivity.
As the young woman from Seville has stated on her social networks, this meeting filled her heart: “Dreams do come true. Alejandro Sanz surprised me by opening the door to my room to make me happy and show that nothing is impossible. It was the best day of my life and I will never forget it. Words are unnecessary”.
In addition, he also wanted to have some loving words for the two people who have interceded so that the artist knew his story and could meet her in person: “Eternal thanks to Pepe Barroso for making my dream come true and to Marta Barroso for always being by my side and “I want my happiness above all.”
The artist, for his part, also wanted to recognize everything that Belén is achieving: ““Honey, on Monday I’m going to see you again. I’ll bring you a beer and my desire to be with you. I love you Belén, very much. You can’t be prettier”.
These types of gestures on the part of the singer have not gone unnoticed. In this way, Alejandro Sanz has recently been awarded the Beato de Liébana Award for Understanding and Coexistence, in recognition of his efforts to promote a more integrated and united society. This award highlights his positive influence beyond music, highlighting his contribution to Spanish culture and language.
