An accident between a city bus and a car caused eleven minor injuries in Lleida this Tuesday. The accident occurred at the intersection of Prat de la Riba avenue and Príncipe de Viana street when the driver of the car, who was going up Príncipe de Viana near Sant Ruf, ran the red light.
At that moment, the bus was going down Prat de la Riba in the direction of Pardinyes and to avoid colliding with the car the driver was forced to brake suddenly.
As a result of the sudden stop, eleven passengers were slightly injured.
The driver of the car has been reported for a crime of reckless injuries and another crime for leaving the scene of the accident.
