The Thoracic Oncology Mobile Experience, also known as T.O.M.E., is an 18-wheel, 80 thousand-pound interactive laboratory that brings advanced robotic systems and instruments to hospitals nationwide.
Dr. Mohamed El Zaeedi, a thoracic surgeon at Memorial Health Care System, highlighted the significance of having such technology available. He mentioned that with these advanced tools, early diagnosis and precise treatment of lung cancer can be provided to patients.
