Honkai: Star Rail update v2.3 introduces new characters and Simulated Universe
Dear readers, the latest update for Honkai: Star Rail, version 2.3, titled Farewell Penacony, has brought exciting new additions to the game. The update features the introduction of two new characters – Stellaron Hunter Firefly and IPC’s Jade. Additionally, a new Simulated Universe called Divergent Universe has been unveiled under the guidance of Mr. Screwllum.
In this update, players will embark on the new Path of Harmony after the Charmony Festival’s abrupt end, facing challenges and delicate issues within The Family. The Trailblaze Mission in version 2.3 invites players aboard the Radiant Feldspar to witness crucial Family discussions and prepare strategies to address the aftermath.
Moreover, the Divergent Universe introduces new gameplay improvements, such as the Arithmetic Mapping function that removes character download limitations and the Equation feature that grants combat abilities based on combined buffs. Players can now restart challenges without force-stopping the game, providing a smoother gaming experience.
As players explore the Radiant Feldspar, they will encounter Origami Birds in a new mini-game that boosts Combat Power through eliminations within a set number of moves. Additionally, the update will shed light on Firefly, a member of the Stellaron Hunters, and Jade, a senior manager in the IPC Strategic Investment Department.
Firefly, a 5-star Fire-Type character, possesses immense power and unique abilities, while Jade’s skill allows her to forge agreements with allies and unleash devastating attacks. The limited 5-star characters Ruan Mei and Argenti will also make appearances in event warps during the update.
