Life these days can be very stressful, right? We all need some relaxation. Maybe meditation can help? Deco’s Alex Miranda is so relaxed, he’s practically asleep. Alex, wake up!

MindTravel is the perfect way to escape this week. Are you aware of what’s happening tomorrow? Oh, right, it’s Taco Tuesday. How could I forget! But, besides tacos, there is something else you don’t want to miss.

MindTravel’s floating, musical pool meditation is back in South Florida to help you relax and let go of all your stress. Murray Hidary, the man behind MindTravel, describes it as an experience that combines music and mindfulness in nature and community.

Murray Hidary and his piano have traveled all over the world, from U.S. National Parks to Antarctica, and now they are back in Miami Beach. Murray himself lives in Miami Beach, so it’s special to bring this experience to his hometown.

Previous MindTravel events have taken place on the beach and in local hotels, but this time, it’s happening in Murray’s own home. Participants will lie in a heated saltwater pool, feeling weightless, while underwater speakers fill the water with music vibrations.

The main goal of this experience is to help you find your zen zone in a safe and nurturing environment. The sessions are limited to around 20 people to ensure an intimate and focused experience. Each person has a float to be completely weightless while Murray guides the meditation with his voice and piano.

By closing your eyes and following along, you can let go and connect with nature, yourself, and others. This event is all about creating deeper connections, healing, and expanding your human experience.

If you’re interested in joining a MindTravel floating pool meditation session, they are happening on Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and next Monday in Miami Beach. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body.
