The judge of the National Court that is investigating the former leadership of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), chaired by Ángel María Villar, has ordered a series of proceedings to find out about the payments made by that entity between 2011 and 2016 to Javier Enríquez Romero , son of José María Enríquez Negreira.

The judge, as Vozpópuli has advanced, has issued an order in which he requests the General State Intervention to expand the report regarding the payment of 4,400 euros to the son of the former vice president of the Technical Committee of Referees (CTA) for work of ” coaching” to the referees.

Judge Alejandro Abascal is investigating the former RFEF board of directors, chaired by Ángel María Villar, in the so-called Soule case, and, in addition to requesting this expert opinion from the Treasury, has demanded that the Federation deliver new documentation on those payments.

This is a different investigation from the one that the Prosecutor’s Office has carried out on the former vice president of the CTA, who also splashes his son.

The judge’s decision responds to the request of LaLiga in case there was a diversion of the funds that the employers pay to the federative entity, an investigation that the Prosecutor’s Office has also claimed.
