Super Bowl: Bengals fans flock to Cincinnati

Fans dressed in orange-and black Bengals gear came out to watch the game outside, even though it was snowing lightly — quite a contrast to sunny Los Angeles where the temperature was 82 degrees ahead of kickoff at SoFi Stadium.

Many braved the cold to get to The Banks. This strip of bars is located along the Ohio River and was closed Sunday to make way for a massive watch party with live music, heaters, and tons of food trucks.

Bethany Moser, a college student, said, “Everyone from Cincinnati, from 50 miles away is here for certain.” She was referring to Bethany Moser who grew up in Cincinnati and was visiting downtown for the game.

It’s been too long. She said, “It’s been a drought.

Bastian Korreck, originally from Germany, has since adopted the Bengals after moving to Kentucky as a college student.

“I’m looking forward to some deep-throw touchdowns from Joe Shiesty to Ja’marr Chase. I’m excited for some big plays. He said that he was excited for Aaron Donald’s misses a few tackles and the Bengals to win the World Cup.
