Blackhawks lead Blues 2-1 after one period

The Chicago Blackhawks faced off against the Central Division arch-rival St. Louis Blues on Sunday night at the United Center. It was the final regular-season showdown between the teams, with each having won two of the first four.

After one period, the Hawks led 2-1. Jonathan Toews had a goal and an assist while Patrick Kane also scored as the Hawks raced to a two-goal lead. Magnus Paajarvi scored to cut the Blues’ deficit in half.
