For today, the influence of high pressures is expected to continue. However, on the Atlantic slope, northeast and the Balearic Islands, cloudy skies or cloudy intervals are expected at first, mainly low clouds, with probable precipitation in western Galicia. Scattered and occasionally, they can occur in other areas of the northwest and northeast.

There will be evolving cloudiness in the interior, with probable showers in Catalonia without ruling them out, separately, in other areas of the northwest third and the Pyrenees. The situation will become less as the day progresses.

For this Thursday, an increase in maximum temperatures is expected on the western Atlantic slope, the Mediterranean area and the midlands of the Canary Islands. The minimum temperatures will also rise and the frosts will be restricted to the Pyrenees although, individually, they may occur in other mountain systems in the northern and southeastern half.
