The former president of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Carles Puigdemont, has appeared before the media in Brussels to indicate what the conditions of Junts would be to start a negotiation with any of the two possible candidates for the investiture —the socialist Pedro Sánchez or the popular Alberto Núñez Feijóo.
As has been pointed out, Junts requires, in order to start negotiations, some preconditions: the recognition of the conflict, the abandonment of judicial proceedings and amnesty, and a verification mechanism. In the video above you can see the full Puigdemont speech.
