The Turkish government announces that it has detained 287 militants from the northeast of Syria, where the Turkish forces in October launched an offensive.

in Addition, Turkey has several hundreds of persons, suspected to be involved in jihadism, in its custody.

the Announcement comes just over a week after Turkey began to repatriate Islamic State supporters.

on Monday of last week arrived the Danish Islamic State-warrior Ahmad Salem el-Haj to Denmark after being sent home from Turkey.

He is so far the only dane with links to the militant organization, which Turkey has sent to Denmark.

Turkey plans this week to repatriate six or seven to, among others, Ireland and the Netherlands, who are suspected of having links to the Islamic State.
