If you are not familiar with Alaska cuisine, over the weekend there good opportunity to expand your gastronomic horizons.

On Saturday you can indeed follow the star chef Gordon Ramsay, when he takes on discovery in America’s northernmost state in order to be clued in to the local culinary traditions.

It happens in the National Geographic programme ‘Gordon Ramsay: On foreign grounds’, where this time, among others, is the seal on the menu.
