the Last time, The Regrettes gave a concert in Denmark, was back in February, when they appeared in front of a little dead audience, where they opened for Twenty One Pilots in the Royal Arena.
Now one can say with certainty that they finally got the audience they deserved, when they appeared in Lille Vega Wednesday night.

After the intro ’Are You In Love?’ – a poem that lead singer from The Regrettes himself had written – com Lydia Night, Drew Thomsen, Genessa Gariano and Brooke Dickson, ongoing on to the stage and took their instruments. The audience was already ecstatic and clapped her on the song ‘California Friends’, which was released last year.
Although all the band members were sick, it could not be heard in their voices, as they still delivered solid vocals, which sounded exactly like those on the album itself.
Already during the fourth song arranged Lydia Night that was started a moshpit, and it was not the only time in the evening, there was started one.
She also started a during the last song, ’Poor Boy’, where she asked all the women come to the front, and all the men go down behind. The reason for this was that she understood how difficult it sometimes can be to be a woman to a concert, and that sometimes you can feel uncomfortable.

Lydia Night, which, incidentally, is only 19 years old, formed The Regrettes back in 2015 along with Genessa Gariano, Sage Chavis and Maxx Morando, but since then they have changed members a few times.
Their first album, ’Feel Your Feelings, Fool!’, appeared in 2017, and their latest album ’How Do You Love?’ was released earlier in the year.
lydia’s energy on stage was crazy, and it was specially showcased during songs such as ’Come Through’ and ’Hey Now’, where it was impossible for her to stand still.
She hopped, danced and even came quite close to the audience. To the left of her stood Genessa, who played the guitar-riffs’one safe. The rhythm section of the band disappointed shame neither, since both Drew on drums, and Brooke on bass kept stable rhythms throughout the show.
the Pace fell only during a single song – kærlighedssangen ’Pumpkin’ – which was released on Valentine’s day this year. It stopped, however, not the audience from jumping to the rhythm.
The highlight was the ’Seashore’, like most of the band’s other concerts, because the song was the song that really helped them break through.
With the text that was to be looked down on, because you are a young girl in the music industry, reached both the audience and The Regrettes’ energy their kliamsk.
English Lauran Hibberd was responsible for the warming, and not enough with that, she was super nice, so she was also fun and made sure to make what felt like hundreds of jokes between the songs.
If you buy tickets to a The Regrettes concert, then you are almost guaranteed a good experience – regardless of your age or your gender. Their scenetilstedeværelse is difficult to measure with the other, and they give everything they have.
