for several decades, an unknown man, signing himself with the name ‘Billy Boy’, sent approx. 100 letters with strong sexual content as well as lots of pornobilleder to a large number of christian women in Sweden, who either are active in the different free churches or in the Swedish church. The police are aware of approximately 30 female victims. The last letters are sent as late as in the month of October.

– It’s all about quite long handwritten letters that have references to christianity. In the letters describe the perpetrator also what sexual acts he will perform against the victims, tells the police chief Almir Kudra to Aftonbladet whether they violated the letters, that usually also is filled with various pornobilleder.
One of the female victims, called Malin, says to Aftonbladet that she got a so-called sex-letter with both pornobilleder and condoms.
– I was really shocked. It was disgusting and I was afraid for my life. He wrote to me that he would blow up my jomfruhinde. He also wrote a number of personal details about me. It was very scary, says Malin, who had his first sex-letter nine years ago in the year 2010.
and Malin, who have contacted police in connection with the letters, have scored a further four letters from the man, who signs himself ‘Billy Boy’. But she read only the first letter. The other four letters, has only her husband to read.
Police have seized approx. 100 sex-letters and from the letters secured the perpetrator’s DNA, however, does not match with some people in the police database of criminals. DNA profile match nor do the profiles from the international databases.
the Police have also in connection with the mysterious letter writer made a personal profile on the offender.
– We have made technical studies of paper, envelopes, ink, handwriting, and several other things. Everything points at, that is the same person behind all of the sex-letters. We believe that it is a man who is at least 40 years old. He is not a known criminal, since he is not registered in our records. We also believe that it is about the man who on the surface seems like a socially functioning human being, tells the police chief Almir Kudra.
