The European Prosecutor's Office will investigate the plot of the Koldo case in the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands

The European Prosecutor’s Office has opened a formal investigation into the contracts signed by the Canary Islands Health Service and the Balearic Islands Health Service for the supply of masks with the company Soluciones de Gestión, epicenter of the Koldo plot.

After receiving a complaint from the general secretary of the Madrid PP, the European Public Prosecutor’s Office carried out several measures with the aim of verifying its competence to investigate the alleged facts. Once the investigation opened to the National Court was made public, the European Prosecutor’s Office demanded from Judge Ismael Moreno to send him documentation of several contracts analyzed in the so-called Koldo plot, following suspicions that European funds could have been seen affected This Prosecutor’s Office, in addition, criticizes Anticorruption, which has led this entire operation, for the lack of collaboration in this matter.
