He was the world champion in FIFA in both 2014 and 2016, but now the Danish star August ‘Agge’ Rosenmeier elected to stop at the Danish large groups of the North with immediate effect.

the Choice to stop at North comes in the wake of a longer period of time, where the Danish world champion has been suffering with mental health problems. He tells this to the Norths website.

– I have put my life in perspective and have chosen to move your foot from the accelerator pedal. After all, your mental health is more important than e-sports. I would like to thank the North, which has helped me in this period of time, and I appreciate that they are fully sympathetic to my situation, he says.

August ‘Agge’ Rosenmeier explains at the same time on his Twitter profile, what lay behind the mental health problems.

‘I have through a longer period of time had a big mental burden, which I have not always been completely happy. Here, it reached to a point where I personally felt I could vouch for that I could give myself 110 percent in everything I did,’

‘Here we’re talking about to keep my workout routine, play all the tournament matches and much more – rather said to be the best version of myself on and off the field. Here I have made up with myself that my mental health and being happy means the most to me,’ writes the former Danish world champion among other things.

the Team stresses, however, that it does not properly end with FIFA, although he stairs them down and stops on the upper level.

‘the Controller is not, however, put on the shelf – I still have a big love and hope to the game and everything around. Right now, it is for me to be happy and have a surplus in my everyday life,’ he elaborates in his tweet.

August ‘Agge’ Rosenmeier switched to the North last year, and in the month of may, he reached new heights in his career, when he, along with the team won the second season of the prestigious eSuperliga.

Before then, he reached, as mentioned, to win two individual world championships. The big breakthrough came in 2014 when he won the WORLD cup in FIFA, and since then he developed himself to be one of the best FIFA players in the world.
