Tesla-billionaire in court after pædofilianklager

A judge in Los Angeles has decided that the lawsuit against billionaire Elon Musk for having called the briton Vernon Unsworth pedophile must be implemented. Elon Musk and his team of lawyers have otherwise tried to put a stop to the matter.

the Trial will run to december, writes the british newspaper The Guardian.

the Case started last year when Elon Musk both on the social media Twitter and in an e-mail accusing Vernon Unsworth to be a rapist and a pedophile.

Vernon Unsworth was part of the team that rescued a group of boys out of a cave in Thailand in the summer of 2018.

the Charges came after Vernon Unsworth had criticized Elon Musk’s insistence to contribute to the rescue efforts in the impassable grottesystem with a custom built mini sub.

Elon Musk flew to Thailand, where, however, he was quickly sent away from the rescue operation.

Vernon Unsworth called the Elon Musks of commitment in the case of a pr stunt and said that the submarine would never have been able to solve the task in the caves.

In an interview with CNN, he said, moreover, that Elon Musk could ‘poke the submarine up, where it hurts’.

– We will get a mini sub all the way to the cave five without problems. Sorry, pædo-guy, you asked for it, wrote Elon Musk on Twitter in response to the statements.

Subsequently wrote Elon Musk in an email to a reporter, where he urged him to ‘investigate what is really going on and stop defending a børnevoldtægtsmand’.

It has got Vernon Unsworth to sue Elon Musk for slander.

Elon Musk has been trying to get the court to dismiss the action and has, among other, in their defence, that ‘the pædo-guy’ was a common term of abuse in south Africa, where he grew up.

– We look forward to the trial. We understand that, although Musk has apologized, so will Unsworth milking his 15 minutes of fame, says lawyer for Elon Musk, Alex Spiro, according to The Guardian.

Vernon Unsworth’ve searched around 500,000 crowns in compensation.
