Actor Brian Austin Green, who among other things is known for playing the character David Silver in the popular ungdomsserie ‘Beverly Hills 90210’, has been sued by a bilkøber, who claims that Austin Green has sold a Porsche Speedster with the ‘fake’ engine.

According to a lawsuit, which TMZ has obtained, from the buyer of the car, Gonzalo da Silva Pinto, sold to Brian Austin Green his Porsche Speedster from 1955 back in may 2017, and since the Pinto so onlineannoncen, arranged for him to get the Porsche experts to determine that it was a genuine, original Porsche Speedster, so the price of 385.000 dollars, about 2.6 million dollars, could be justified.

Porsche-experts should among other things ensure that your vehicle’s engine matched the car’s chassis number.

Pinto claims in the action, everything looked to be good, and that, therefore, he bought the car for 330,000 dollars, equivalent to approximately 2.2 million dollars, of Austin Green, and had the car shipped to Germany, where Pinto lives.

the Problem occurred when Porsche came to Germany, where Pinto was trying to get a certificate of authenticity on the car. It was not possible, because the engine was not the car’s original engine. Pinto claims that the stamp on the engine was forged.

Now want Pinto to cancel the purchase, and he requires to get all of 330.000 dollars plus all the costs and fees he has had in connection with the purchase, approval and delivery, back from Brian Austin Green.

Pinto accuses of the action, not Brian Austin Green to be behind the alleged forgery.

TMZ has tried to get a comment from Brian Austin Green without any luck.
