Adam Schiff, who is the chairman of the House of Representatives’ efterretningsudvalg, said Thursday that president Donald Trump broke the oath which he has taken as president, when he asked China to investigate former vice president Joe Biden.
Biden can be Trumps democratic opponent in the presidential campaign next year.
Schiff is leading the investigation, which investigates whether there is a basis for impeachment against Trump. It writes Reuters.
