Police in the city of Manchester in England has released an extremely haunting image of a potential voldtægsforbryder, which is caught on a surveillance camera in connection with a young girl on the night of Friday, was sexually assaulted in her own children’s room at his home on Albion Street in the city of Radcliffe, close to the city of Manchester.
