for months, has the matter remained in the hands of the prosecution at The Police, but now the public prosecutor in Viborg decided that there should be raised an action against the auditor. The case against him is, in other words dropped.

Since the TV2 has not suffered a financial loss, our legal department does not desire to TV2 undertook further’, says in an email response from the editor at TV2 Thomas Richardt Strøbech.
