Sandra Barneda is back this afternoon at the head of a current affairs format like Así es la vida with a difficult challenge: to take over, even if it is for a few months, the void left by Sálvame, who said goodbye on Friday after 14 years on the air. It arrives on the grid as a summer program, but as usually happens in these cases, if the formula works the managers of the chain do not rule out that it continues, although it should be in another slot, because Ana Rosa Quintana will arrive in September with its new program TardeAR,

Así es la vida is presented as “a space open to current affairs and entertainment with a carefree and fun point of view in an atmosphere of spontaneity, improvisation and good vibes”, says Mediaset. Every afternoon it will offer the last hour of the great topics of social interest and the world of celebrities, which will be explained by a team of reporters spread across the Spanish geography – especially in holiday spots such as the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and the Costa del Sol – and analyzed by a wide range of collaborators.

“I’m doing a live show again, which I enjoy a lot, with that social component and being there with the people”, she explained excitedly to the media during the presentation of the Sandra Barneda space, which will have as co-presenter César Muñoz, making his debut with this role in a state television format after leading the Dos de tarde slot on Canal Extremadura and working as a reporter for slots such as España directo.

Así es la vida will have a set with a 360-degree scenography crowned by a large screen that precedes a central oval-shaped table around which Barneda, Muñoz and the collaborators will sit. “The table remembers the one from Crónicas marcianas, but renewed, we want the table to speak to us and if at one point we need to go up there to do something, we go up there”, pointed out the co-presenter of La Isla de las Tentaciones in the presentation of the new space.

In addition to the last hour on matters of Spanish and international interest and the most prominent news and personalities from the world of the heart, in Así es la vida there will also be special guests, known for their professional career in the world of show business , fashion, music, literature or journalism, among other fields. Their presence in the program will not simply be limited to an interview, but they will also be the protagonists of funny moments, in addition to giving their opinion if they want on some of the topics that will be addressed during the space.

Among the long list of collaborators who will participate in the program right from the start are Pedro García Aguado, Ken Appledorn, Belinda Washington, Beatriz Trapote, Cristina Rodríguez, Ana García Lozano, Patricia Cerezo, Antonio Sánchez Casado, Rosa Villacastín, Gema Fernández , Suso Álvarez, Naomi Asensi, Melody and Joana Bonet.
