A French judge has Friday afternoon elected to re-open a voldtægtssag against the well-known director Luc Besson.

In may of 2018 walked the actress Sand Van Roy to the police in Paris with the prosecutor, that Besson should have raped her on the night at the Hotel Bristol. The two started working together on the film ‘Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets’.
the Case was originally dismissed after nine months of investigation. The justification at the time was a lack of evidence.
” My case is no longer rejected!’, she writes the actress in a tweet and ends the message with ‘justice’.

According to the radio station Europe 1 explained Van Roy at the time, that she drank a cup of tea, felt unwell and then lost consciousness.
She was citereret her to say that when she came to herself, she could remember having been subjected to a sexual assault.
the 60-year-old Luc Besson is a big name in French cinema. Some of his most well known film is ‘Léon’, ‘Le Grand Bleu’, ‘The fifth element’ and ‘Nikita’. A few years ago, he instructed Pilou Asbæk and Scarlett Johansson in the film ‘Lucy’.
