There are not spared in Denmark’s new luxury hotel, Alsik, in the heart of Sønderborg – not even the clientele.

In tonight’s episode of the TV3 programme ‘Koch’a on top’ will have the visit of none other than the queen herself – and it is pushing the crew at the hotel, who is probably accustomed to fine guests, but not near so fine.

the star Chef Jesper Koch leaves nothing to chance, so when Her Majesty suddenly announces that she arrives an hour before the time, get the team busy.

– Since I get to know that Her Majesty the Queen comes an hour early, it is clear that I yell, sounding the alarm and looking at my senior staff. It is the time that is important, he says.

Not only is the queen early on; there is also mess in the restaurant, so all must help to get cleaned, washed, cleaned and polished, before she comes inside.

– All tables must be cleared now here. The queen stands outside. Everything must be cleared, sounds from a pressed Jesper Koch in the program.

– It is over there should be gone by now. I don’t care how many people you are downloading, then you must take some of them from the kitchen.
