In the ten bankruptcies have the Maritime and Commercial court found such large errors, that Peter Sonne Joensen is sentenced to three years of quarantine for ‘grossly negligent conduct’.
He has since scored a further two years of suspension for his actions in another bankrupt company, IFPE Finance, which went bankrupt in september 2017.
