The head of the list of the PSOE to the Congress for Seville and Minister of Finance and Public Function, María Jesús Montero, has appealed this Sunday to the vote of the “moderate” voters of the PP who reject some pacts between her party and Vox that only bring “setbacks ” and that they mean moving towards a “dark Spain”.
During a public act in Punta Umbría (Huelva), within the framework of the campaign for the general elections on July 23, Montero asked those PP voters who have seen that their votes in the last elections have served so that his party has agreed with Vox “setbacks” in the rights of women or “exclusion” of the Lgtbi collective.
She has been convinced that there are PP voters who disagree with the fact that her party has reached pacts in various institutions with an “ultra-right” formation that questions the system and all the conquests and social rights that have been achieved.
He has warned that the PP and Vox pacts mean moving towards a “dark Spain, which only brings inequality and paralysis.” He has also stated that the PP has already “adopted far-right policies to scratch a few votes” and is willing to “market” women’s rights for “armchairs.”
“PP and Vox have a very small idea of ??Spain, where only those who think like them fit”, denounced the socialist leader, for whom in Spain the PP candidate for the Presidency of the Government, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, wants, ” there is no room for those who have another ideology” or think differently.
She has been convinced that PP and Vox in the end are not going to get away “with it” and in this country “fear, exclusion, intolerance or fanaticism” will not make their way.
“They are not going to silence or intimidate us,” said María Jesús Montero, in front of those who shout slogans of the “ultra-right”.
Faced with what the right and the “ultra-right” offer, according to Montero, the President of the Government and candidate for re-election, Pedro Sánchez, and the PSOE, who are “free”, have the objective of protecting the social majority of the country and that there are no steps back in the rights of women or the Lgtbi collective.
During this legislature, as he has pointed out, there has been economic growth and the highest record in job creation has been produced, thanks to the work of the Spaniards. He has asked all citizens who want the “best version” of Spain to vote so that it can continue to advance.
