LG G6 Release Date And Price Details: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile And Sprint Availability Confirmed  

LG announced its latest flagship, the LG G6 at a Mobile World Congress press conference Sunday.The four major U.S. carriers have all confirmed they will offer the smartphone on their networks.

No carriers have confirmed an exact release date for the LG G6. However, T-Mobile and Verizon have indicated the smartphone will come to their networks in the spring. Tech blogs have suggested the actual LG G6 release could be after March 20, which is the first day of spring.

Rumors have suggested the LG G6 may become available March 10, with a pre-order period between March 2 and 9. However, pundits expect that date may be specifically for the Korean market.

ETNews reported on the prospective LG G6 release date last week, also detailing announcement, pre-order and release dates for the Samsung Galaxy S8. Samsung confirmed the report during its MWC 2017 press conference, teasing a Unpacked smartphone launch event for March 29.

The LG G6 features a 5.7-inch QHD display with an 18:9 “FullVision” aspect ratio, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chip, 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB internal storage options with expandable storage up to 2TB, a 13-megapixel dual-lens camera setup and 5-megapixel rear camera, a 3,300mAh battery with USB-C and Quick Charge 3.0 and the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. Color options include Astro Black, Ice Platinum and Mystic White.

The device is expected to sell for between $600 and $700 at launch.
