The attention-grabbing findings in the two fields at the London close on Thy in northern Jutland has cost the 50-year-old farmer Henrik Kristensen to two years in prison.

It writes the TV Midtvest.

The snarrådige farmer had otherwise tried to hide his criminal enterprise by planting lot of corn in front of the hampplanterne.

But in 2017 was no longer. Midt – and Vestjyllands Police was tipped about the hampplantagen, and went out to investigate.

Here they found the illegal plantation and aimed, and then the farmer. By the district court was Henrik Kristensen sentenced to one year unconditional prison.

He chose, however, to appeal to the high court, which now has increased the sentencing to two years in prison.

– Landsdommerne considered that held the marijuana was slightly stronger, than it was set to in the district court. Therefore, they chose to put the punishment up to two years, explains the prosecutor Anders Dyrvig Rechendorff.

the Police and the agency had to deal with the harvesters in use in order to reap the hampplanterne on the two fields. Two fields, such as the now convicted farmers in court claimed to have loaned out to an unknown man.

– I got 21.000 crowns plus vat, and wrote a date for a ‘Kaspar Jensen’ of regard to the accounts, and it was handed over to my accountant, said Henrik Kristensen in court.

the Farmer through the entire case pleaded innocent.
