Judgment for Herlev-widow: Dismembered man’s corpse with saw

A now 69-year-old widow from Leeds has just in the Court in Glostrup received his judgment last year to have dismembered his deceased 74-year-old man’s corpse with a fukssvans.

The unhappy woman made in the first instance, his head, legs and other body parts of the way in a basin freezer and a blomsterkumme in his house in Herlev, west of Copenhagen.

It costs her a suspended sentence of four months imprisonment with one year probation. At the same time, confiscate the authorities the fukssvans with the blue handle, as she took to the gruesome task.

– the Man has been dismembered into several parts and buried in several places, and it makes that we are up around four months in prison, said prosecutor Helene Grant Herborg, who recommended a suspended sentence because of the defendant’s age and personal circumstances.

There was allocated only a half an hour in the court, where the macabre affair of indecent dealings with corpses and violation of the man’s gravfred was treated as a pure tilståelsessag.

The grey-haired woman was dressed in a long læderfrakke, gabardine pants and Ecco shoes. She was easier tunghør, but seemed unruffled and calm.

Subject to the parteringen was, as it emerged from police questioning of the woman, which was read out in court, that she would save the cost of the deceased’s funeral, to ensure his pension and make sure that the man was buried in the matrimonial garden.

the Woman was arrested in november last year, and she was initially charged with the killing. But it quickly became clear that the incurably and terminally ill husband through the 30 years had died of natural causes at the end of may 2018.

It was also confirmed by the autopsy. Dna-track confirmed her statement that she used a fukssvans as a tool.

After the arrest the woman was happy to find the man’s ligdele. She explained that she had dismembered the body and then tucked his head and one leg in its basin freezer, while other parts of the body were put in a basin freezer in the woman’s garden.

Later it was some ligdele dug up of of blomsterkummen and instead left on the Kresedammen in Herlev.

The frozen ligdele was taken up by the freezer and dug down in a local haveforening.

the Couple were married in 1984 and lived together in the deceased’s father’s house in Herlev, denmark in a long number of years. They had no children or close relatives and kept themselves very much to themselves.

But the face of the police, witnesses have confirmed that the wife was extremely caring towards his spouse.

Indecent dealings with corpses after the penal code section 139 can trigger up to six months of unconditional imprisonment in particularly serious cases.
