How has it been to make ’The big experiment’?

– It has been fun. I have not made children’s television in a long time, so therefore it has also been extremely nice. You can give it more gas and gakke out. And so is the whole project such a little old-fashioned DR-children’s tv, where the children also learn, without noticing it. A section can be a tedious fysiktime, where we need to make it interesting and fun. It has been awesome to play with.

– Why you said yes to the role?

– of course I was a little starstruck over having to play along with the Red (Kurt Ravn, ed.) from ’Matador’. He is too wild. And so it was a fine, compressed project, where there was more seasons. Drama is fun to make, and you can make an advent calendar, even though one is not the greatest actor.

41 years.Played himself in Viaplays called ’The great experiment’.Particularly well known as a tv host in a variety of children’s programmes at the DR. Also known as a writer.

– How was your preparation?

I had not a character as such, but was more of a, who was with the children. On the way, I have not had to sit and read the manuscript for hours. Fortunately, I was also strong in many of the things, as the experiments in the society was about. So it went, even though I pjækkede very much in physics.

the Series focuses on global warming – bother children really is it?

– the Theme is there, yes, but it is not, then you get a bad conscience about eating pork on christmas eve. It is more resolved and is over the series. One can easily buy big, fat christmas gifts and at the same time, see ’The great experiment’.

– Is there anything special about making an advent calendar?

– I’ve never made an advent calendar, only juleshows, so it has been fun for me. There is a little awe over it. An advent calendar can be something special. Even if our was not crazy julet, it is without the straw and christmas hats.

In his time on the DR made Jacob Riising bl.a. the series ’traveling with Riising and mother’, where he traveled the globe thin and train against various challenges together with … his mother. Photo: Mastiff/AS

– What should you make for christmas?

– I is in full swing with ’Riising Late Night’ on Channel 5, and afterwards I shall keep christmas. I have all of december free, which I’ve never tried before. So I have good time to go to the christmas parties. And then I drinking uncontrollable amounts of mulled wine.

– What about after?

– I don’t know it yet. There is a little bit different things in the game, but I have no fixed plans. I’m still new in the freelance life, but I’m not stressed. I write books to make the tv so I can play on several horses. It is more like-like now, and it should exploit. It is a megaglæde.

– It was exciting, and visually was nice. Fat, a little mysterious universe.

– I was quite fascinated that you were making a political universe. It was enormously fat, and gave a fascinating insight into political dilemmas. And so were the characters pissegode and well played.

– They played absolutely crazy. Lars Mikkelsen was crazy. Again the theme. It was the huge fine put up.
