The Danish håndboldmålmand Sandra Toft has extended the contract with the French topklub Brest Brittany.
On its website, notify the Brest Bretagne, that Toft has put a further year on his contract, so the runs until the summer of 2021.
– I’m really happy. I never questioned really think that it could be done. I always follow my heart and everything in me said that I should stay, she says to the club’s website.
Toft switched in the summer from the Danish champions from Team Esbjerg to the French topklub. And she has no regrets.
– to be completely honest, I didn’t know how it would develop, or how I would customize me a French club. I would just like to see how the team did it, but everything goes well, then of course I become.
– We are playing better than I had anticipated. We win many matches and is number one in the league and the Champions League.
And the French language is not so difficult to learn, as I had feared. Of course it’s hard, but I’m getting a better and better understanding, and the girls and the staff speaks better English than I thought, says Sandra Toft.
