A fight between a fully grown cop and a 15-year-old boy without arms and legs has caused a stir in the u.s. state of Arizona.

The attention-grabbing scuffle took its beginning, as the cop was summoned to a special home for people with disabilities in the city of Tucson.
the Police had been called in, because the 15-year-old was furious, and among other things had knocked over a trash can.
