Five men are now in custody in a secret case, which police are describing as ’serious international crime’. Three were arrested at an action 9. november at a rest area by the Owner Bavnehøj south of Skanderborg.

They were jailed for dobbeltlukkede doors, where the charges did not come forward, and now two accused been extradited from Sweden and remanded in secret by the courts in Kolding and Horsens 16. and 18. november.

the Extra Leaf can now reveal that the case is about the weapons. Raised charges of possession of weapons in public place under particularly aggravating circumstances. It appears from Swedish documents. However, there is no detailed information about the våbensagen.

The two provided men is a 34-year-old Serbian national, who is residing in Gothenburg, and a 33-year-old Swedish citizen living in Jönköping. Both refuse to commit. The serb opposed to extradition to Denmark, while the 33-year-old voluntarily allowed themselves to surrender, even though he refuses the charges.

Both were arrested in Sweden on a nordic arrest warrant on the same day as the action at the Owner Bavnehøj. The 33-year-old is unknown by the Swedish police, while the 34-year-old is only known for road traffic offences.

at the hearing in Gothenburg, where the 34-year-old was produced with a view to extradition to Denmark, he explained that he has lived in Sweden for 12 years. He has a permanent job and residence in Sweden, and his wife is pregnant in the eighth month.

The Swedish court jailed both men, because there was a risk that they would evade extradition to Denmark. For serberens concerned, the court took the view also that he could destroy the evidence and prevent the investigation.
