Danish bordtennisprofiler scores OLYMPICS tickets

Bordtennisspilleren Jonathan Groth secured real ticket to next year’s OLYMPICS, when he won silver at the European Games in Minsk in the summer.

Now Groth is also formally qualified for the games of the supervisory board of the Danish sports confederation (DIF).

It writes the DIF in a press release.

at the same time have connected the selected another table tennis player, namely Peter Rosenmeier, to the para-OLYMPICS, which run after the OLYMPICS in the japanese capital.

Jonathan Groth was also at the OLYMPICS in Rio de Janeiro in 2016, where he reached the third round.

the 35-year-old Rosenmeier is, however, a genuine OLYMPIC veteran, stands in front of his fifth para-OLYMPICS. He has won two gold and two bronze medals in the men’s singles, where he also is the reigning world champion.

the OLYMPICS in Tokyo begins 24. July and runs through to 9. august next year. The Para-OLYMPICS start 25. august.
