A 24-year-old man Monday at the Court of Aarhus sentenced to one year unconditional imprisonment for having thrown a røgbombe against the footballer Jens Stages apartment.
Two other men are sentenced to nine months in prison of which three months to be served, while the rest is made subject to the conditions of community service.
All three are found guilty of arson attempts.
They are however acquitted of causing danger to human life.
The three men admitted in court that they threw a røgbombe against fodboldspillerens apartment on the night of 14. July.
It was the 24-year-old, who took the initiative, because he was disappointed that Jens Stage shortly before was the switch from AGF to FC Copenhagen.

He had wrapped a note on røgbomben with the words “In Aarhus punishable treason. Pigs!!! Judas”.
The 24-year-old had before the attack wrote a message to Jens Stage with a similar wording.
Jens Stage was not at home when the attack happened. But it was his roommate and his girlfriend, who was sleeping in an adjacent bedroom.
They woke up at the sound of a loud bang and a window that was smashed in the living room. The man and the woman jumped out of the window to get to safety.
A preliminary statement from the insurer shows that there has been damage of 225.000 dollars in the attack.
Prosecutor Jacob Gents called during his concluding remarks, the act of wanton and meaningless.
Even though he had required one and a half years in prison for the 24-year-old and a year and three months for the other two, is he satisfied.
– the Sentence reflects that it is a serious matter. Although there has been no serious injury, so you will get a severe punishment, he says.
defense attorney Peter Secher, who represents the 24-year-olds, it seems that the punishment is tough.
– I think that sentence is a little bit tough. But all in all it is a place that is within the disc, I think, says Peter Secher.
His client has chosen to receive the judgment. He has been in custody since 16. July, but was at the hearing, released the final sentence of the sentence.
The two medgerningsmænd chose also to receive the judgment. They were immediately released since the unconditional part of the sentence is deemed served with the remand.
