The candidate of the Popular Party and future president of the Generalitat Valenciana, Carlos Mazón, assured this morning in an interview with Onda Cero that “I work so that Feijóo has a solo government in Spain.” He has explained it this way to questions from the journalist, when he has asked him if Alberto Núñez Feijóo is doing well with the pact signed with Vox in the Valencian Community.

In this sense, Mazón has been convinced that it is, and has assured that “it will be very useful for us to announce the elimination of the death tax, the recovery of the gender violence courts or that we are going to bring freedom educational”, among other points. The popular candidate has listed some of the proposals that he contemplates for his future government, which he will share with Vox and to which he will presumably attribute two ministries. Education will not be one of them, as he already pointed out yesterday in another interview on Cadena Cope.

Likewise, regarding what Vox can add to the government program that will be presented today, Mazón has ruled out that there could be a Ministry of Families. “We are talking, but it is not on the table,” said the future president of the Consell. Yes, he has confirmed some of the measures that he will take, included in his electoral program, such as recovering the courts for gender violence or repealing the inheritance tax.

He has also assured that he will eliminate the Office of Linguistic Rights, “the linguistic police of the Procés in the Valencian way that Compromís had carried out.” It has affected the linguistic issue and the recovery of the Identity Signs Law, a proposal in which they will agree with Vox, since it had in its program the “defense of our own traditions, customs and institutions against the false ‘Catalan countries ‘”.

In the distribution of areas that will make up the Valencian executive, Carlos Mazón has explained that he wants to be “the president of the entire Government, not only of the areas of the PP”.
