The PP campaign spokesman, Borja Sémper, has presented in Madrid an act of campaign actions for the 23J elections under the slogan “Blue summer”. He has intervened barefoot on beach sand, surrounded by umbrellas and with an image of the sea in the background. Sémper has spoken that there will be a face to face Feijóo-Sánchez if there is no agreement between PSOE and Sumar and of the pacts or the lack of agreement with Vox. But attention has been taken by the act itself:

The design. Beach for a day in Madrid. In the park of the Puerta de Hierro sports center, facilities of the Community of Madrid where beach volleyball is practiced, umbrellas were installed on a sand court. In the background, a rectangular image of the sea on the horizon and, in the background, the music from the mythical television series Verano Azul.

The intentions. Under the slogan Blue Summer, Feijóo’s party asks citizens not to forget to vote on their vacations because otherwise “when they return from vacation the problems will remain the same, Sánchez will continue as president.” If they vote, on the contrary, there will be “a blue summer, which will be a summer of illusion and hope”, because “the blue summer means change”.

The echo. Setting up a beach in Madrid instead of going to some point on the coast has been a highly commented option on social networks. On Twitter, Chanquete has become a “trend” of conversation.
