Subsequently, between Frederiksberg Boligfond and tenants in The south Jutland Town emerged a legal dispute around an old deed from 1932, which means that the properties in the event of sale to be sold at the original price.

In light of the uncertainty of when this dispute can be settled, has Frederiksberg Boligfond and 360 North, who represents the Blackstone, made an agreement to rescind contract of sale. It has been possible to cancel the deal, because both parties are in agreement, write a housing fund in a press release.

– I had been out in the city, and then I hear my daughter yell from the balcony that Blackstone had dropped the deal. When I came home, called my neighbor and told the same. Everyone is so relieved, says a happy Ida Karin Borup.
She has lived in The south Jutland Town since she was four years old, and is pleased now that her childhood home will not end up on the kapitalfondens hands.
– I’m very relieved that they do not own us, she says.
