The Danish employees in Jysk are rewarded in cash after a year with a general revenue increase.
It tells Jysk to Ekstra Bladet.

Christina Pape is one of the employees who have received bonus. She is the Store Manager for JYSK in Viby, Aarhus, and she said:
– part of the bonus is paid at once, but the other part is paid continuously every third month, and therefore you can constantly monitor how it goes. It is a good motivator, she says.
She also believe that the bonus covers a low salary:
– It is not something that covers over, that you get too little in salary. On the contrary, it is a bonus, which is given to all pupils. And it is some money, as the group does not need to pay out. And, therefore, feels it is probably also as an extra appreciation of the effort, she says.
