‘It is Færdselsstyrelsens assessment, that the requirement in taxilovens § 3, paragraph. 2 no. 2 and § 5, paragraph. 2, no. 2, implies that all natural persons who indirectly are the owners of Dantaxi-the companies must be resident in the EU or the EEA.’

‘It is also the agency’s assessment that ejerkravet applies to both in re-lation to the individual limited partners and general partners in the following companies, which indirectly owns Dantaxi companies: Triton Smaller Mid-Cap F&F No. 2 L. P., Triton and Smaller Mid-Cap Fund L. P., Triton and Smaller Mid-Cap F&F L. P. and TFF (TSM) L. P.’
‘This means that the natural persons who, directly or indirectly, are limited partners in the above-mentioned four companies, which must meet the residency requirement, as well as to the natural persons who ultimately, directly or indirectly, exercise management rights as the general partners in the above-mentioned four companies must meet the residency requirement.’
‘Færdselsstyrelsen does not find it established that the Dantaxi companies meet this requirement in respect of all limited partners and the general partner of the TFF (TSM) L. P.’

‘We will be utterly baffled by a possible reinterpretation of the taxiloven, which can have serious consequences for an investment that is undertaken based on clear direction and constructive dialogue with the Danish authorities.’
