on Tuesday, the court in Odense is a shocking case in which a 42-year-old man has been charged with multiple rapes of a demented woman living in a nursing home in Odense.
the Man is in custody for three times to have utilized the woman’s condition to have raped her.
It writes the Fyns Stiftstidende, who have been given access to documents in the case.
According to the indictment, the man from april to July, once committed one consummated rape and two times got the resident to give himself oral sex.
He can get up to four years in prison, because he has used a person’s mental illness or mental retardation to obtain sexual intercourse, as it is described in section 218.
He is also accused according to section 225 of rape. It can provide up to eight years in prison.
the Prosecutor Maria Blomsterberg does not want to comment about the relationship between the man and the nursing home. Fyens Stiftstidende, has, however, been informed by the municipality of Odense, that there is no question about an employee at the nursing home.
