35-year-old model collapsed in the reality-show: Now is he dead

The 35-year-old model and actor Godfrey Gao collapsed because of cardiac arrest early Wednesday morning, while he was in time to run in realityprogrammet ‘Chase Me’. Called the doctors immediately tried to save him, and he was quickly taken to a hospital, where he died three hours later.

Godfrey Gao was born in Taiwan. He achieved great success both in Taiwan and in China. But also internationally in Europe and in the UNITED states. He was the first asian model who walked the catwalk for the fashion company Louis Vuitton.

Godfrey Gao cast himself also into a career as an actor and appeared f.ex. in 2013 in the film ‘The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones’, in which he starred opposite Lena Headey and Lily Collins, as well as the film ‘Shanghai Fortress’.
